THE BILL IN QUESTION IS JULIE DANIELS DE BARTLESVILLE’S SENATE BILL 834. ACCORDING TO THE TEXT OF THE PROJECT, ABORTION WOULD BE PERMITTED IN CASES OF RAPE OR SEXUAL HARASSMENT. THIS HAS ALREADY BEEN REPORTED TO THE POLICE. AND 834 ALSO ALLOWS INCEST ABORTION INVOLVING A MINOR. SIMILAR LAW SB 368 FILED BY SAID OR JUST GARVIN SEEKS TO CLARIFY THAT STATE ABORTION LAWS DO NOT PROHIBIT CONTRACEPTIVES, SURGERY OR OTHER LEGAL TREATMENTS. OTHER COMMITTEES MEETING IN THE SENATE TODAY INCLUDE PUBLIC SAFETY OPTIONS AND ENERGY AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS. IN THE REGULATIONS, UTILITIES AND CIVIL JUDICIAL COMMITTEES MEET AND FOR SOME CONTACT.
