“Paprikas are ideal vegetables to add to a weight loss diet,” Best says. “They are low in calories and high in nutrients, while also helping to create a feeling of fullness after meals. This combination can help you avoid overeating for the rest of the day. Their fiber content and capsaicin also help red peppers lose their weight loss benefit.”
