A missile attack on an outpatient clinic in the city of Dnipro. One person died and 15 were injured so far. We are working to deal with the aftermath of the attack and rescue the victims.”

Shocking images of those injured in the Dnipro have surfaced on social media.
Serhii Lysak said preliminary reports indicated that one person was killed and 15 wounded in the Russian attack on Dnipro. Rescue efforts are ongoing.

Among those injured in Dnipro are two children: boys aged 3 and 6. Both are taken to the hospital. Doctors assess his condition as serious.
11 adults were also taken to the hospital; two of them are in critical condition, Lysak said.
Dmytro Lubinets reported that one person was killed and 16 were injured, and four people are missing.
To update: It was later revealed that in total at least two people died and 23 were injured in Dnipro.
Local authorities said two buildings caught fire. The fire covered an area of 500 square meters.
From 12 pm, rescuers work to fight the flames.
Investigative teams, bomb disposal specialists, forensic experts, the State Emergency Service and other services were involved on site.
Previously: On the morning of May 26, Russian invaders carried out a missile attack on a medical center in Dnipro.
And there was a mixed attack at night when Ukrainian air defense forces shot down five Russian cruise missiles and six Shahed attack UAVs over Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, and a house, two private businesses and a gas station were damaged in Dnipro.

The Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilians in Time of War (1949) provides protection for civilian hospitals, even if they treat military personnel.
Article 18 of the Convention provides that “civilian hospitals organized to care for the wounded and sick, the sick and maternity cases, under no circumstances may it be the object of attack, but will always be respected and protected by the Parties to the conflict. States that are Parties to a conflict shall provide all civilian hospitals with certificates demonstrating that they are civilian hospitals”.
Article 19 states: “The protection to which civilian hospitals are entitled will not cease unless they are used to commit, outside their humanitarian duties, acts injurious to the enemy. Protection may, however, cease only after due warning has been given, appointing, in all appropriate cases, a reasonable period, and after such warning has remained disregarded”.
