In the snap, posted to her Instagram Stories, Khloe is holding baby Aire who is dressed in a black skeleton dinosaur costume.
Khloe is dressed in an all black jumpsuit, wearing a cat ear headband, with her nose painted black.
The Kardashian star smiles at the little boy, who looks off camera.
She captioned the post, “Happy birthday to my sweet little Aire!! Your auntie loves you so much.”
Khloe and ex Tristan Thompson welcomed their second child together via a surrogate in early August, but have been keeping it very private and under wraps at home so far.
Aire is the second child of Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott, which they only recently revealed to the public.
They are also parents to a five-year-old daughter, Stormi.
The siblings share a special bond as their birthdays are just a day away, with Stormi’s lavish party taking place on Wednesday.

‘AIRE DAY’
Inside the TV character’s foyer was a massive ball pit filled with blue, white, and black balls for him to play in.
Surrounding the pit were large bunches of black, white, checkered, and race car-shaped balloons.
“Aire day today,” Kylie captioned the shot with a white heart to match the theme.
A second photo showed the makeup mogul’s living room, filled with two mini race cars and a mini motorcycle.
Boxes of gifts were stacked around the tiny vehicles, as were more bunches of balloons and a huge inflatable sign reading: “Aire 1”.
Kylie’s favorite decoration, a silver “Stormiworld” inflatable face entrance decoration, was also brought back for Aire’s birthday, with a track placed through the arch in the shape of a mouth.
More impressive balloon displays were used to fuel the racing car theme.
Kylie also snapped a picture of her only son’s birthday cake, a blue race car with an orange lightning bolt on the side.
An adorable photo of the baby was placed in the driver’s seat and the words: “Happy 1st Birthday Aire!” they were written in icing on the side.
THE WORLD OF STORM
Just a day before the over-the-top soiree, the TV star threw a splashy 5th birthday party for her daughter Stormi.
In years past, a recurring theme at Stormi’s birthday was a giant inflatable version of her head to mimic her father Travis Scott’s Astroworld.
This year guests were greeted with Stormi’s head, but it was painted silver. Once guests entered her mouth, they had to go through multiple arches of balloons of different colors, starting with pink.
Shirts were also made for each of his sons. One said “Stormi five is live” and the other said “Aire to the throne”. Some merchandising also said “Stormi + Aire 23′”.
The most impressive activity of the party was a huge rainbow slide with another version of Stormi’s inflatable head.
Khloe also shared a lot of content from the party, and her snapshots include tons of new photos of her daughter True, who wore a fabulous sparkly pink dress.
‘PRECIOUS GRANDSON’
67-year-old mom Kris Jenner also gushed about the birthday boy in a rare Instagram post.
In the photo, Kris stood next to the little boy with his back to the camera as he gazed out a window.
The duo adorably pressed their hands to the glass, with Aire apparently using it to steady herself.
Kris captioned the post: “Happy birthday to my precious nephew Aire!!!! You are the sweetest boy with the sweetest smile and you are the light of our lives!!! You bring so much love and joy to our family and we adore you !!!!What a little girl I can’t believe you are 1!!!!!I love you with all my heart forever Lovey xo.”
Fans commented that the little boy looked “so cute” posing with his grandmother.
