And the young Kardashian sister is back — the supermodel has gifted her friends and followers yet again with a series of new short videos on her feed showing Kendall looking super strong and confident.
In the videos, Kendall, 27, posed in a dimly lit room, showing off her wavy hair in a nearby mirror. She then took a few quick videos, and damn, the girl has abs. Kendall’s core is mega toned in the videos.
“Night,” Kendall captioned the Instagram post. Everyone was quick to praise her in the comments, even her sisters. Kim even left a note saying, “really perfect”. Someone else wrote, “Take it easy with us 🔥 🤤.”

Kendall is also very open about her struggle with anxiety. “My anxiety (especially social anxiety) is at 100 lately. I got to a place where I don’t feel bad about it,” the model wrote in an IG post. “I’m finding ways to help me start my day with a calmer, more positive mindset. That said, I just wanted to spread good vibes ☺️.”
She then shared more of her routines when she’s dealing with her anxiety, which include journaling, getting some sun, and taking deep breaths.
BTW, Kendall also loves sound healing. This is a practice that involves using different sound frequencies and vibrations to improve your physical and mental health. And while there’s no medical evidence on the effectiveness of this method, it certainly sounds like great timing.
