Nutrition coach Jess Bloom – who works with Get Laid Beds – explained how nutrition can help with sleep.

“Some people may be lactose intolerant or have a milk allergy, which can cause digestive issues and make it harder to fall asleep, so ask your doctor if you’re okay with experimenting with milk as part of your sleep routine.”
