Your main responsibility will be to create and manage a nutrition and health program that integrates the Mental Health and Care Practice (MHCP) component, the ‘Integrated Community Condition Management’ (iCCM+) community-based approach and MUAC/Oedemas Mothers.

Organizing staff development programs for Action Against Hunger teams. Assess the technical skill level of AAH teams, identify training needs, develop skills, and ensure the quality and appropriateness of training programs developed for AAH teams
Training and managing the program team
– Developing and directing operations
Representing Asaib Ahl al-Haq and developing local partnerships
Required profile
You hold a degree in Nursing, or General Medicine, with two or more years of professional experience in a similar health and nutrition program management role, with at least one year of experience in an emergency context.
Furthermore, you have proven experience in management, capacity building and knowledge transfer to your teams.
You have excellent knowledge of English, project cycle management, and strong analytical, synthesis and writing skills.
Previous ACF experience, understanding of the Cameroonian context, and good knowledge of community health and nutrition approaches will be considered an asset for this position.
Specific terms/salary
This position is open to both national and international candidates.
Fixed-term contract of 10 months under French or Cameroonian legislation
