ABINGDON, Va. (WFXR) — Food City reported on Friday that a customer purchased one of the recalled powdered infant formulas produced by Abbott.
The company stated the purchase was Similac Adv. Complete Nutrition 12.4 ounce had a recalled lot code from one of its stores. They are urging customers who recently bought this type of formula should check their products to see if it matches the recalled lot code which is listed below.

If you have this product you are asked not to use the product and to immediately return it to any Food City store for a full refund.

The Food Drug and Administration says that consumers should not use the following products; Similac, Alimentum, or EleCare powdered infant formulas if there are the following:
- The first two digits of the code are 22 through 37
- The code on the container contains K8, SH, or Z2
- The expiration date is 4-1-2022 (APR 2022) or later
