Congratulations are in order Gin Rodríguez and your husband Joe Locicero! The adorable couple have welcomed their first child together in recent weeks, as the 38-year-old was spotted out and about with her newborn in a sling on Saturday, March 18. Jane the Virgin the star was dressed casually in a black tee, hoodies and Nike sneakers as she bonded with her toddler in images obtained by the Daily mail. Hollywood Life she reached out to reps for Gina about the birth of her son, who has yet to grapple with her statement.
In July, Gina took to her Instagram to reveal that Joe popped the big question during a mini vacation for the couple. In the too cute post, Gina shared several snippets of her life with Joe, each showing the pair sharing a kiss. Towards the end of the montage, accompanied by a beautiful soundtrack by by Calum Scott”You are the reason,” Gina had tears in her eyes as she held up a positive pregnancy test in the mirror with her handsome hubby holding her from behind. Awww!
Gina’s comment section was flooded with words of love and support, including some from her group of celebrity friends. Taraji P. Henson wrote: “So happy for you,” while Britain Snow shared, “Yaaaaaay my love!! Much love to you THREE. And she Joan the Virgin co-star jamie camil she added, “My heart is bursting for you two.”
The soon-to-be couple tied the knot in May 2019, with Gina sharing another special video from her big day on Instagram. A year earlier she had confirmed her engagement with the entrepreneur, telling ET“Life is good. Love is good. He did great [with the ring]. She did great. Yeah, because that’s my style, right? That’s all that matters. He knows what I like and he knows my heart and he rocks.
Jaime, who played Gina’s father on the hit TV show, also opened up about the pair at the outlet. “It’s amazing, because we love each other [Gina] a lot,” he said at the time. “She IS a dear friend of the family … knowing Gina and how much we love her and how much our children love her, she is a part of the family, so whenever a family member does well or is successful, you celebrate.”
